DURMAPRESS®The hydraulic profile steel shears of the Q35Y series cut and punch flat steel, bars and profiles extremely precisely and efficiently. Section steel shears like these are mainly used in locksmiths' shops, repair shops and in vehicle construction. As one- or two-cylinder, the construction impresses with its multifunctionality. It combines flat steel shears, notchers, hole punches and profile steel shears in one machine. The punching machine of the Q35Y series works with common punches and dies, which extends the range of applications of the machines.

It forms predetermined bends by clamping the workpiece between a matching punch and die. Tooling tolerances should be checked each time a punch and die are selected. It is the operator’s responsibility to ensure the tooling fitrs the manufacturer’s specifications, as well as making any adjustments necessary.
