DURMAPRESS® BS-G Series is an upgraded model for both cutting metal sheet and tube, inlcuding stainless steel, carbon steel, mild steel, aluminum, galvanized sheet, iron and so on. There are two series of this model,BS-G Series with 1000w-3000w laser powers and BS-G Pro series with 1000w-6000w laser powers. 
The exchange platform dual-use fiber laser cutting machine is of automatic self-centering chuck, which has multiple functions with low operating cost and complete service and support.

Specially used for cutting 0.5-150 mm carbon steel, 0.5-40mm stainless steel, galvanized steel, electrolytic zinc-coated steel, silicon steel, 0.5-25mm aluminum, 0.5-12 mm brass and red copper and other kinds of thin metal sheets (The max thickness depends on the different power fiber laser source).

Stable Heavy-duty Welding Body

It adopts high-quality carbon steel sheet and three welding process and mortise-and-tenon joint structure, which make it firm enough to bear 500Mpa tensile force. The structure material undergoes high stress relief annealing and natural aging treatment to eliminate internal stress, so that the bed maintains good mechanical properties of good tensile properties, toughness, hardness, anti-deformation

Simple Pneumatic Double Action Chuck for Tube Sheet Integrated Machine

It is specially designed for laser pipe and sheet cutting equipment. The product itself can be used as an independent rotating spindle, which can quickly clamp and loosen through the side rotating air intake, and the air source can be disconnected before it can work. After the product base is fixed, it is only necessary to install the matching motor and gear connection, and connect the compressed air source (0.25-0.9Mpa) to clamp the workpiece and drive the workpiece to rotate. Mainly used for clamping workpiece and rotating.
The product adopts the direct output of the cylinder, which has high mechanical efficiency, small energy loss, large output clamping force and stable clamping force. Because the cylinder is used to directly clamp the workpiece, the working stroke of the cylinder is the working stroke of the chuck, and the clamping range is wide. The direct output of the cylinder is adopted, and the output force and air pressure are linearly proportional, which is easy to realize software control.
The chuck has simple structure, small number of components, light weight, low failure rate, stable performance, small moment of inertia and low energy consumption. The axial size of the chuck is small, and the cost of achieving zero tailings is lower.
