The DURMAPRESS® Vertical CNC V-Groove machine was built to open a new realm of possibilities. This machine will enable you to form sharp corners on mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel like nothing else on the market. With the ability to machine up to 2/3 of the thickness of the metal that is 11-gauge (3 mm) to 22-gauge (6 mm) at lengths of 10’ 6” (3.2 m) to 32’ (10 m), this machine is versatile with a specific and perfected purpose. Our back gauges come in both 48” (1.25 m) to 60” (1.5 m) due to the varying thicknesses and lengths available. The Vertical CNC V-Groove machine was designed with detailed perfection and return customer satisfaction in mind.

Advantages :
• The V groover machine adopts a platform-type double guide rail structure, and the beam runs more smoothly. The blades holder processes the plate by moving left and right, back and forth, which can ensure the accuracy of each part of the groove depth.
• The V groove cutting machine adopts air cooling without environmental pollution, three + 1 axis CNC servo control, and fully automatic operation and processing, improving the precision of gouging.
• The CNC V grooving machine is welded with steel plates, which has strong shock resistance, eliminates internal stress through vibration aging, has good stability, and is rusted by sandblasting on the sheet metal grooving machine, and sprayed with anti-rust paint. The whole machine is processed on a CNC floor-type boring and milling machine, which ensures the parallelism and perpendicularity of each mounting surface.
• The V grooving machine uses high-speed and precise gear racks, ball screws with large pitches, and high-precision, linear guides. The main shaft system is driven by a high torque servo motor and an imported star reducer. Makes the tool holder more stable and fast when processing the workpiece.
• The numerical control program design is reasonable and easy to master, which can be completed only by inputting the keyboard and processing program. According to the different materials, the knob can be used to adjust the processing speed for the convenience of the operator.

Able Controller System

This control system is a special numerical control system designed for slotting machine. It can realize rear feeding machine and gantry machine. Control X, Y, Z, A motion axes to realize multi-groove machining in a cyclic manner. The central goal of our design is to be easy to use and to make the human-machine interface more user-friendly. The selection of high-performance 32-bit industrial-grade CPU, dedicated interpolation controller, anti-interference processing, powerful software functions, and precise processing methods make the positioning of the control system more accurate. Control equivalents down to 1 micron. The maximum speed can reach 9 m/min (in the case of 1 micron equivalent), and the acceleration and deceleration processing can be set for each axis, which will make your equipment run more smoothly and stably, and accurately display the dynamic position point of the equipment (accurate to 1 micron) ). Equipped with 1024*768 color LCD 15-inch full touch screen, fully enclosed touch operation keyboard, the drive device can be subdivided stepper motor or AC servo motor, and equipped with 24V machine tool electrical control interface. The system has the characteristics of strong function, high reliability, high precision, low noise, convenient operation, small size and light weight.
