1 Machine power supply is 3 fire 1 zero, 3 phase live wire are respectively connected to the wiring bar A, B, C{1, 2, 3},

When the knife is up and touches the limit switch, the 5 light is on. 6 lights up when the pressure type lowers and touches the limit switch, 7 lights up when the pressure type rises and touches the limit switch,

Before automatic work must press mold and cutter rise, PLC input terminal 5 and 7 light up, enter the board or press the screen, the current number of clear zero (current number < Set the number of cards). These two conditions are necessary for automatic operation.

 

二  Fully automatic forming machine The key that

After power-on, the display screen displays the first screen

 

SET key: modify the selection key; ENT: Confirm key. CLR: Clear the zero key when changing the number. 0 -- 9: Numeric key selection. The functions of other keys can be operated as prompted in the screen.

Numerical input method: press the SET key, the number of sheets blinks. Press the number key to enter the number of sheets. {from high to ones. Example: 12; Enter 1,2. } Press ENT to confirm. After the number of sheets is set, it will automatically turn into the length setting, unit millimeter. For example: 3 m 4 Enter 3, 4, 0, 0 mm}. All numerical input methods, such as pitch number and pitch, are the same. Press ENT to confirm. {value must press ENT after changing, otherwise invalid}

 

Each setting must complete one cycle (no blinking numbers) before other operations can be performed.

三  Single operation:      

1 tile machine forward, backward, cutter rise, cutter drop, pressure type rise, pressure type drop corresponding to manual inching action.

2 Press the start button of the oil pump. Pay attention to the steering of oil pump motor.

3 in the manual state, press and hold the "pressure type rise" the pressure mold to the upper limit, PLC X7 light, press and hold the "cutting knife rise" the knife to the upper limit, PLC X5 light, press and hold the "tile machine forward", the plate to the edge, press the scissors to cut down the plate, press the scissors to rise to the upper limit.

4 After all set, "pitch" set to 0, press the left turn automatic switch button, enter the automatic working state, automatic indicator light on, the machine according to the set data start to work.

If stop midway, just turn the automatic switch button to the right. When you continue to work, turn the automatic switch to the left.

6 if you just want to stop the oil pump, press the oil pump to stop or emergency stop

7. After working to set the number of sheets, work the watt hours of different lengths again. In addition to pressing appeal 5 to enter again, you must also press ALM key to clear the "current number of sheets" before the tile machine can operate.

* If the length of the board is not consistent with the requirements, press the ▲ key or ▼ key to adjust to screen 3, on the basis of the original compensation amount to adjust the compensation amount or compensation amount reduction. {length of corrected front plate + compensation amount plus - compensation amount minus = length of corrected rear plate}

Deceleration distance for frequency converter, generally 200 mm, ordinary machine this value is meaningless.

8 Frequency converter parameters have been adjusted before delivery, no special circumstances do not need to change. Please contact the manufacturer if you need to change the parameters.

 

 

 Pressure plate operation

 

1 Explain: Pitch: The length of two adjacent steps;

Number of pitches: several complete pitches on each board;

Pitch plus: the compensation of pitch, which does not need to be reset after it is set during debugging.

2 Calculation method of corrugated board:

Total length = number of sections × pitch + first and last sections, the prepressing section is the whole number of sections from the knife to the center of the pressing mold.            

First and last = first and last

Numerical setting: the pitch is set as required, total length ÷ pitch = quotient + remainder, quotient is the number of nodes that should be set, remainder is the first and last nodes. However, in practice, as the first and last sections are relatively short, which is very inconvenient in operation, the first and last sections generally need to add the length of one more section, so the number of sections should be set one less section. That is to say, in the actual setting, the number of sections = quotient minus -1, and the first and last sections = remainder + pitch. In order to ensure the overall length, the first and last sections should be added and subtracted appropriately in practical work. The length of the first and last segments is changed by compensating addition and subtraction.

Data to be set for this model:

1 total length, number of sheets: this machine can be set to work continuously 4 kinds of length of the production task

2 pitch, set this value to zero when out of the straight plate.

Compensation addition and subtraction: when the total length does not meet the requirements, it is used for adjustment.

4 first section: this machine does not need to calculate the length of the first and last sections, input the total length and pitch, automatically generate the first and last sections. However,, the length of the first section needs to be set. The length of the first section must be smaller than the first and last sections.

5 the minimum value of the last section: generally set to 50MM, the first section + the minimum value of the last section and <; The first details

6 Deceleration distance: Press the button 8 in the first screen to enter another screen, you can set this value.

Distance from knife to mould: the actual measured distance between the cutter and mould can be input to the display screen, unit: MM.

7 pitch plus: adjust pitch.

8 Back time (or back length) : when cut off, after the knife touch the lower limit switch, the host will start back, and keep the set time, stop. Unit: 1/1000 second. When the value is set to 1000, the actual time is 1 second. When this value is 0, there is no fallback function.

2.Operation

 

2.1.0 Set the total length, pitch, number of sheets, minimum value of the first section and the last section, etc.

2.1.1 When starting the machine, press the forward button of the tile machine to move the plate to the pressing mold, leaving the first section length.

2.2.2 Press the down key head to enter the monitoring screen.

Do not clear the current length, if it has been cleared, you can turn the encoder by hand to make the current length value > Set the pitch. If the current length has been cleared to zero and the encoder is not rotated, the block will waste an extra section of material.

2.3.3. Clear the current section number and current sheet number to zero

Set the total length, pitch, number of sheets, minimum value of the first section and the last section, etc.

 Conversion method: after pressing one plate to press another, first turn the knob to the manual position, (turn the knob to the right), set the pitch to 0, out of the straight strip plate. , set to greater than 0, the pressure plate.

Six:Troubleshooting:

A Manual can work, automatic can not work:

1 The number of cut sheets is greater than or equal to the set number of sheets. Solution: clear the current number of sheets {press ALM key}

The number of two or the length is not set.

3 The automatic switch button is damaged. {use any brand LAY3 series knob to replace}

B Manual and automatic work is not displayed on the display screen:

1 Power supply is abnormal. When the voltmeter is below 150V, the working voltage cannot be reached and the cabinet cannot be started. Solution: Check whether the three-phase power input is 380V and whether the neutral line is connected properly.

2 The fuse is blown. Solution: Replace and check the solenoid valve line is not damaged. {fuse model 6A}

C Manual and automatic will not work, voltmeter shows below 200V, the display screen shows:

Zero line is broken. Check the external zero line of the computer

D Just unscrew the automatic cutter and go up (or down) :

1 The upper limit switch is damaged.

2 The solenoid valve is stuck. Treatment: turn off the oil pump, use a screwdriver from both ends of the solenoid valve to and from the top of the solenoid valve manual reset pin. Until you feel the springiness.

If the solenoid valve is often stuck, change the oil and clean the solenoid valve.

* The solenoid valve should be stuck from the shallow end of the top to the other end, and then from both ends of the top back and forth, activity.

E Manual or automatic, the solenoid valve indicator light but the cutter does not act:

The solenoid valve is stuck or damaged. Or not enough voltage

F Manual does not work automatically

The manual button is damaged. Replace the button.

G The POWER indicator on the PLC blinks slowly

1. Fuse is blown; 2. Counter is damaged; 3.

H Hydraulic station is not working

Check whether the power of the solenoid valve is normal: press the button, the solenoid valve is on, and there is 220V voltage, the side of the solenoid valve with a screwdriver will feel the magnetic force. In case of any of the above, adjust the pressure regulating valve on the hydraulic station. Also check whether the solenoid valve is damaged.

If the solenoid valve is not normal, then check the electrical box, press and hold a up or down button, the bottom of the wiring board N and K1\K2 \K3 \K4, there should be a group of 220V voltage. If there is a voltage, it means there is a problem between the electrical box and the hydraulic station. If there is no voltage, check whether the relay (model: JQX-13F/220V) is damaged and the neutral line is normal
