The lens should be gently wiped, do not damage the surface coating; 2. The wiping process should be handled gently to prevent falling; 3. When installing the focusing mirror, ensure that the concave surface is downward.


Four. Guide rail cleaning: guide rail, linear axis as one of the core components of the equipment, its function is to play a guiding and supporting role. In order to ensure that the machine has a higher processing accuracy, it is required that the guide rail and straight line have a higher guiding accuracy and good movement stability. During the operation of the equipment, a large number of corrosive dust and smoke will be generated during the processing of the workpiece, and these smoke and dust will be deposited on the surface of the guide rail and linear axis for a long time, which has a great impact on the processing accuracy of the equipment, and will form corrosion spots on the surface of the guide linear axis, shortening the service life of the equipment. So clean the machine guide rail every two weeks. Turn off the machine before cleaning.

The lens cleaning


In the process of replacement, the placement, detection and installation of optical lenses should be paid attention to make the lenses free from damage and pollution. After a new lens is installed, it should be cleaned regularly.

When the laser cuts the material, the working surface releases a large amount of gas and splashes, which can cause damage to the lens. When contaminants land on the surface of the lens, they absorb energy from the laser beam, causing a thermal lensing effect. If the lens has not developed thermal stress, the operator can remove it and clean it.

In the process of lens installation and cleaning, any sticky matter, or even fingernail oil droplets, will improve the lens absorption rate, reduce the service life. Therefore, the following precautions must be taken:

1. Do not install lenses with bare fingers. Gloves or rubber gloves should be worn.

2. Do not use sharp instruments to avoid scratching the lens surface.

3. Do not touch the film when taking the lens, but hold the edge of the lens.

4, lenses should be placed in a dry, clean place to detect and clean. A good table surface should have several layers of cleaning paper towels, and several sheets of cleaning lens cotton paper.

5, users should avoid talking over the lens, and keep food, drink and other potential pollutants away from the working environment.

Cleaning lenses should be done using less risky methods. The following steps are designed for this purpose and should be used by users. First of all, it is necessary to blow off the floating object on the surface of the original with a balloon, especially the lens with tiny particles and floc on the surface. But do not use compressed air from the production line, because these air will contain oil mist and water droplets, which will deepen the pollution of the lens.

The second step is to clean the lens with acetone. Acetone at this level is almost anhydrous, which reduces the likelihood of lens contamination.

Cotton balls dipped in acetone must be cleaned under light and moved in circles. Once a q-tip is dirty, it must be replaced. Cleaning should be done at one time to avoid the generation of wave bars. If the lens has two coated surfaces, such as a lens, each surface needs to be cleaned in this way. The first side needs to be placed on a clean sheet of lens paper for protection.


If acetone does not remove all the dirt, then rinse with vinegar. Vinegar cleaning is used to dissolve dirt to remove dirt, but will not cause damage to the optical lens. This vinegar can be experimental grade (diluted to 50% strength) or household white vinegar with 6% acetic acid. The cleaning procedure is the same as acetone cleaning, then acetone is used to remove the vinegar and dry the lens, changing cotton balls frequently to completely absorb the acid and hydrate. Until it's clean.

When contaminants and lens damage cannot be removed by cleaning, especially when the film is burned out due to metal splashes and dirt, the only way to restore good performance is to replace the lens.
