After the failure of CNC punch, depending on the difficulty of the fault and whether the fault is a common fault, reasonable use of different analysis and problem solving methods. Specifically, there are five principles.
1. Check first and then power on
First in the static state of CNC punch power, through observation, testing, analysis. Confirm as a non-vicious cycle fault or non-destructive down, can give CNC punch power; Under the operation, dynamic observation, inspection and testing are carried out to find faults. For malignant destructive faults, the danger must be eliminated before power, in the case of operation to avoid dynamic diagnosis.
2. Plan before operation (or static before action)
Maintenance personnel themselves to do the first static after moving, not blind start, should first ask CNC punch operator fault process and state. Read the machine tool instructions and drawings before starting to find and handle faults. The futile results may be tolerable, but if the damage on the spot leads to misjudgment, or introduces new faults or more serious consequences, there will be no end of trouble.
3. Software before hardware
Check whether the software of numerical control system works normally first. Some faults may be caused by the loss of software parameters, or the improper use and operation methods of operators. Do not come up on the big demolition, so as not to cause more serious consequences.
The first group after special
When troubleshooting a fault, consider the most common possible causes first, and then analyze the special causes that rarely occur. For example, when the CNC punch spindle is not accurate by zero, it is often caused by the position change of the speed down block. Once this fault occurs, check the position of the feed block first. After eliminating this common possibility of failure, check the pulse encoder, position control and other links.
5. Simple before complex
When a variety of faults interweave with each other and drag cover, at that time do not know how to start, the easy problems should be solved first, and then solve the more difficult problems. Often in the process of solving simple failures, difficult problems may also become easier, or in the elimination of simple failures inspired by a clearer understanding of complex failures, so that there is a solution.
