Durmapress is committed to providing end-to-end customer support, as evidenced by our recent collaboration with a Saudi customer. This customer had previously ordered a DP-ES 125T3200 DA53T press brake and a QC11Y-16*6000 E21S shearing machine. After the equipment was delivered to their factory, they contacted Durmapress for assistance, requesting that we send engineers to the site to provide training on the bending machine and technical support for the shearing machine.
To respond swiftly to the customer's needs, our after-sales team immediately traveled to Saudi Arabia to ensure smooth equipment installation and provide on-site guidance. Upon arrival, the engineers focused on professional machine commissioning: they carefully inspected the DP-ES 125T3200 DA53T press brake (equipped with the easy-to-operate DA53T control system for precise bending adjustments) and the QC11Y-16*6000 E21S shearing machine (designed for cutting 16mm thick, 6000mm wide sheet metal, equipped with the E21S intelligent control system). They calibrated critical components, tested safety features, and ensured both machines operated according to Durmapress's stringent performance standards—remaining patient even when the customer raised detailed questions about technical specifications.
This meticulous installation allowed the Saudi customer to put the machines into operation promptly, avoiding unnecessary production delays. Next, the team provided comprehensive training to the customer's employees. They explained in detail the operating procedures of the bending machine (from parameter settings to batch bending) and the shearing machine (including material positioning and blade maintenance), and conducted hands-on practice using actual metal samples. The engineers also addressed common operational challenges, ensuring employees could confidently perform their daily tasks independently.
