This week, we successfully processed a new order from a UAE customer for two of our best-selling products: the Q35Y-25 lronworker and the BS-D Series Fiber Laser Cutting Machine. The Q35Y-25 lronworker is a heavy-duty, versatile machine designed for a variety of metal processing tasks. With punching, shearing, notching and bending capabilities, this steel processing machine can process carbon steel up to 20mm thick with an accuracy of ±0.1mm, making it ideal for structural steel fabrication, especially in industries such as construction, shipbuilding, and oil and gas. Its rugged design and powerful performance make it a reliable choice for workshops that seek durability and efficiency.
In addition to the steel processing machine, the customer also selected the BS-D Series Fiber Laser Cutting Machine, which uses advanced 2000W fiber laser technology to cut thick materials with high precision. In tests, the DMP1530 demonstrated smooth, clean cuts on both carbon and stainless steel, with minimal dross and excellent edge quality. The machine is also equipped with an intelligent CNC control system that supports automatic nesting and real-time diagnostics, making it ideal for increasing productivity in demanding environments.
This order from a UAE customer is part of Durmapress's continued expansion into the Middle East market. Our team ensured that both machines were fully tested and packaged for safe shipping.
