This week, DURMAPRESS was honored to welcome a valued customer from Italy. This visit was part of the customer's ongoing exploration of advanced metalworking equipment for their production line. During the visit, the customer had the opportunity to take a close look at two of our most popular machines: the BS3015D single-platform fiber laser cutting machine and the DP-ES Genius 135T3200 DA69S 11+1 axis press brake.
Our technical team first guided the customer through a demonstration of the BS3015D fiber laser cutting machine. As a standard single-platform fiber laser solution, the BS3015D fiber laser cutting machine impressed the customer with its efficient fiber laser source, rugged construction, and smooth operation. The customer particularly noted the machine's compact gantry structure and imported servo system, emphasizing that these features perfectly met their needs for space-saving, efficient equipment.
The DP-ES Genius press brake showcased DURMAPRESS's latest innovations in hydraulic bending technology, including high-speed response, micron-level accuracy, and the user-friendly DA69S controller for precise 11+1 axis control. Our engineers highlighted its WILA toolholder system and mechanical crowning compensation, which ensure consistent bending accuracy for workpieces up to 3200 mm. The customer also tested the quick tool change function and was amazed by its operational efficiency.
The customer was impressed by the DURMAPRESS machine's sturdy frame design, advanced control system, and high-quality materials. They highly praised the machine's exquisite craftsmanship and rigorous quality inspection procedures. After an in-depth discussion with our technical engineers, the Italian customer decided to place an on-site order and immediately paid a deposit for two machines.
