1. Introduction
We were delighted to welcome our valued client from Nigeria to the Durmapress factory for an on-site visit and equipment inspection. The visit focused on gaining a deeper understanding of our manufacturing capabilities, machine quality, and technical solutions for sheet metal fabrication.
The client had communicated with our sales and engineering teams for several weeks before arranging the visit. After reviewing machine specifications and production requirements remotely, the customer decided to visit the factory in person to further evaluate our production standards and overall service capabilities.
2.Factory Tour
The visit began with a guided tour of the Durmapress production facility. Our team introduced the customer to different manufacturing areas, including welding, frame machining, assembly, electrical installation, and quality inspection.
During the tour, the client carefully observed the manufacturing workflow and asked detailed questions about machine frame processing accuracy, welding standards, and quality control procedures.

3. Machine Demonstrations
Following the factory tour, our technical team arranged live machine demonstrations for the client. The demonstrations included CNC press brake machines and fiber laser cutting machines operating under real production conditions.
During the press brake demonstration, the client closely observed bending accuracy, back gauge movement, and controller operation. Several different material thicknesses were tested to demonstrate machine stability and repeatability.
For the fiber laser cutting machine, our engineers demonstrated cutting performance on carbon steel and stainless steel. The client paid particular attention to cutting speed, edge quality, and machine operating efficiency.

4. Technical Discussion
