Recently, we had the honor of hosting a valued customer from Mexico, who has worked with us for many years. A highlight of the visit was an on-site inspection and testing of the DP-ES 210T4000 DA53TX 6+1 press brake, a model customized to meet the customer's demanding production requirements.
During the factory tour, our technical team provided the customer with an overview of the entire production process, from precision machining to rigorous quality control. The DA53TX CNC control system was particularly impressive, featuring real-time thickness compensation to eliminate springback (with a repeatability of ±0.01 mm). The system offers advanced programming, a user-friendly interface, and real-time feedback during the bending operation.
The DP-ES 210T4000 press brake demonstrated its powerful 210-ton bending capacity and 4000 mm bending length, while its 6+1-axis configuration enhances flexibility in machining complex parts. The customer was deeply impressed by the machine's smooth operation, high repeatability, and energy-efficient design.
In addition to observing the press brake in action, our guests discussed future project expansions and potential orders. Their continued confidence in the DURMAPRESS factory and after-sales support further solidified our long-term partnership.
