One, the replacement of water and water tank cleaning 2000w fiber laser machine 

It is generally recommended to clean the water tank and replace the circulating water once a week, and ensure that the laser tube is filled with circulating water before the machine works. Because the water quality and temperature of the circulating water directly affect the service life of the laser tube, it is recommended to use pure water and control the water temperature below 35℃. If the temperature exceeds 35℃, the circulating water should be replaced, or ice cubes should be added to the water to reduce the water temperature (users are advised to choose a cooler, or use two water tanks).

Two,2000w fiber laser machine for metal cutting  fan cleaning

The use of the fan for a long time will make the fan accumulate a lot of solid dust, so that the fan produces a lot of noise, but also not conducive to exhaust and deodorization. When the fan suction is insufficient and smoke exhaust is not smooth, first turn off the power, remove the inlet pipe and outlet pipe on the fan, remove the dust inside, and then stand the fan upside down, and pull out the fan blade inside, until clean, and then install the fan.

Three,  lens cleaning

It is recommended to clean before work every day, but the laser cutting machine must be turned off. There are three mirrors and one focusing mirror on the machine, through which the laser is reflected and focused out of the laser head. Lenses are easy to be stained with dust or other pollutants, resulting in laser loss or lens damage, no. 1 and No. 2 lenses do not need to be removed when cleaning, only need to dip the cleaning paper with cleaning liquid carefully along the lens center to the edge of the rotary wipe. No. 3 lens and focus lens need to be removed from the frame, wiped with the same method, after wiping the original can be installed back.

Four, the machine guide rail cleaning

It is recommended to clean once every half a month and turn off the machine. Guide rail, straight axis as one of the core components of the equipment, its function is to guide and support. In order to ensure that the machine has a higher processing accuracy, it is required that the guide rail and straight line have a higher guiding accuracy and good movement stability. During the operation of laser equipment, a large number of corrosive dust and smoke will be generated during the processing of the workpiece. These smoke and dust will be deposited on the surface of the guide rail and linear axis for a long time, which has a great impact on the processing accuracy of the equipment, and will form corrosion points on the surface of the guide linear axis, and shorten the service life of the equipment. In order to make the machine normal and stable work, to ensure the processing quality of products, to do a good job of guide rail, straight spindle daily maintenance.
