A. Check the oil level of the tank every week, including after the maintenance of the hydraulic system. If the oil level is lower than the oil window, add hydraulic oil;

B. The hydraulic oil used is ISO HM46 or MOBIL DTE25;

C. The oil should be changed after the new machine works for 2000 hours, and the oil should be changed after every 4000~6000 hours, and the oil tank should be cleaned every time the oil is changed;

D. The system oil temperature should be between 35℃ and 60℃, not more than 70℃, if too high will lead to deterioration and damage of oil quality and accessories.

2. CNC bending machine  Filter

A. Every time the oil is changed, the filter should be replaced or cleaned thoroughly;

B. If the machine has related alarm or oil is not clean and other filter abnormalities, it should be replaced;

C. The air filter on the fuel tank should be checked and cleaned every 3 months, preferably replaced every 1 year.

A. Clean hydraulic parts (substrate, valve, motor, pump, oil pipe, etc.) every month to prevent dirt from entering the system, and do not use detergent;

B. After the new machine is used for a month, check whether there is any deformation at the bending of each oil pipe. If there is any abnormality, it should be replaced. After two months of use, the connection of all accessories should be tightened

The bending machine comprises a bracket, a table and a clamping plate, the table is arranged on the bracket, the table is composed of a base and a pressure plate, the base is connected with the clamping plate through a hinge, the base is composed of a shell, a coil and a cover plate, the coil is placed in the depression of the shell, the top of the depression is covered with a cover plate.

When used, the wire is energized to the coil, and after energized, the pressure plate produces gravity, so as to achieve the clamping between the pressure plate and the base plate. Due to the use of electromagnetic force clamping, the pressure plate can be made into a variety of workpiece requirements, and the workpiece can be processed on the side wall.

Using method of bending machine:

According to the ordinary hydraulic bending machine processing Q235 sheet to do a simple introduction:

1. First, switch on the power supply, open the key switch on the control panel, and then press the oil pump to start, so that you can hear the rotation sound of the oil pump. (The machine does not move at this time)

2, stroke adjustment, the use of bending machine must pay attention to adjust the stroke, must be tested before bending. Bending machine die down to the bottom must ensure that there is a plate thickness clearance. Otherwise, the mold and the machine will be damaged. Stroke adjustment is also electric quick adjustment and manual stomach adjustment.

3, bending notch selection, generally choose the plate thickness of 8 times the width of the notch. For bending 4mm sheet metal, choose about 32 notches.

4, the rear stopper adjustment generally has electric quick adjustment and manual fine tuning, the method is the same as the shearing machine.

5, step on the foot switch to start bending, bending machine and shearing machine is different, can be loosened at any time, loosen the foot bending machine will stop, continue to step down.

Bending machine maintenance and maintenance:

Before carrying out machine maintenance or wiping machine, the upper die should be aligned with the lower die and then put down and shut down until the work is finished. If it is necessary to start up or other operations, the mode should be selected in manual and ensure safety. Its maintenance content is as follows:

If it is an electro-hydraulic servo bending machine, it needs to see whether each electrical interface is loose, whether the positioning switch is loose, whether the reference value after starting is consistent with the actual value, if there is a difference, you can enter the parameter modification interface to modify each reference value.
