Hydraulic plate bending machine electrical control system plays a role

The structure of hydraulic plate bending machine is mainly composed of a frame, a foot switch, a bending Angle positioning mechanism, a horizontal retaining positioning mechanism, a bending mechanism and an electrical control system.

Bending Angle positioning mechanism is composed of servo motor and chain transmission mechanism, which can be fine-tuned according to the set bending Angle or automatically adjust the height to ensure the accuracy of height positioning.

Horizontal retaining mechanism is composed of servo motor and lead screw transmission mechanism to position the width of the bending workpiece, which can be fine-tuned positioning or automatic positioning. In continuous bending, multi-step automatic selection can be carried out to achieve positioning and bending of multiple positions in turn.

There is a hydraulic mechanism to carry out the downward bending. With the foot switch, it can be carried out in three working conditions: inching, single and continuous.

Working process of hydraulic plate bending machine

The working process of the bending machine can be divided into three working modes: point moving, single and continuous.

Inching: select the inching operation gear, step down the foot slowly, press down the bending mechanism automatically press down, touch down the travel switch to stop the press down; Pressing down the process of loose foot slowly forward, stop at the current running position; Press down the process of stepping down the foot return, press down the bending mechanism automatic return, meet the trip stop return; Return process Release pedal return and stop at current return position.

Single time: set pressure holding time, pressure relief time, horizontal stopper feeding and retreating distance, adjust the position of horizontal stopper; Select the single operation gear, the lower press bending mechanism is not in the upper travel switch position, the first automatic return to the upper travel switch position; Step down the foot slowly into, down the bending mechanism automatically down pressure; When the travel switch is touched, the horizontal retaining mechanism sets the distance back, and the pressure is kept automatically. Pressure holding time to automatic pressure relief, pressure relief time to press down the bending mechanism automatic return, while the horizontal retaining mechanism automatic forward setting distance; Hit the travel switch, the single bending action is over. Continuous (working step) :

(1), set the pressure holding time, pressure relief time, horizontal stopper advance and retreat distance, adjust the position of horizontal stopper.

(2) Set the number of working steps, the blocking position of each working step and the number of bending sheets.

(3) Select the continuous operation gear, and the lower bending mechanism will automatically return to the upper travel switch position when it is not in the upper travel switch position; Step down the foot slowly into, down the bending mechanism automatically down pressure; When the travel switch is touched, the horizontal retaining mechanism sets the distance back, and the pressure is kept automatically. (4) When the bending times of the current working step are completed, the horizontal retaining position will be automatically adjusted when the travel switch is touched, and the bending action of the next working step will be entered.

(5) All the working steps are completed, and the continuous bending action ends when the travel switch is met.
