1. Classification of bending tools:

Singe V Die  1. When the V-shaped angle is equal to 88° (reference value), it can be bent equal to or greater than 90°Angle;
Double V Die 1. When the V-shaped angle is equal to 88° (reference value), it can be bent equal to or greater than 30°Angle;

3. The division of the bending tool:

Under normal circumstances, the standard length of the tool (upper and lower die) is 835mm; to facilitate the bending of different lengths, the entire tool is often divided

The following paragraphs: 10+15+20+40+50+ 100+ 100+200+300=835mm

4. The relationship between the thickness of the plate and the width of the lower die groove (generally the groove width is 6 times the thickness of the plate):
