The E21 system has two programming methods-single-step programming and multi-step programming. The user can make programming according to actual needs.The single-step program is usually used to process a workpiece in a single step. After the device is powered on, it automatically enters the single-step program page.
Steps
Step 1 After booting, the device automatically enters the single-step program setting page, as shown in the figure below.
Step 2 Press ↓to select the parameter to be set, press the numeric keys to enter the value to be set, and press← to complete the input. The parameter setting is allowed only when the stop indicator is on. The single-step parameter setting range is shown in the table below.
Step 3 Press□, the system runs according to the content of this programming. As shown below.
Chapter 5 Programming Mode-Multi-Step Program
The E21 system has two programming methods-single-step programming and multi-step programming. The user can make programming according to actual needs.Multi-step programs are usually used when processing single workpieces with different work steps, to achieve continuous execution of multiple work steps and improve product processing efficiency.
Steps
Step 1 After booting, the device automatically enters the single-step parameter setting page.
Step 2 Press to switch to the program management page, as shown in the figure below.
Step 3 Press to select the program number. Or directly enter the program number, such as "1".
Step 4 Press to enter the multi-step program setting page, as shown in the figure below.
Step 5 Press to select the multi-step program parameter to be set, enter the set value, and press
to make the setting effective.
Step 6 After setting, pressto enter the step parameter setting page, as shown in the figure below.
Step 7 Press to select the step parameter to be set, input the value to be set, and press
the setting to take effect.
Step 8 Press to switch between the steps of the program. If the current step is the first step, press→
to enter the last step parameter setting page; if the current step is the last step, press
to enter the parameter setting page of the first step. The multi-step parameter setting range is shown in the table below.
Step 9 Press, the system runs according to the content of this program. As shown below.
Chapter 6 Programming Constants
Programming constants Users can set the general parameters displayed by the device according to their own habits, such as metric and English, display language, etc.
Step 1 In the program management page, press to enter the programming constants page, as shown in the figure below. Under this page, you can set the programming constants.
Step 2 The setting range of programming constants is shown in the table below.
Step 3 Enter the password "1212" and press to enter the teaching page, as shown in the figure below.
Step 4 Select the parameter to be set. The parameter setting range is shown in the table below.
[How to teach] The user can use the measuring tool to directly measure the position of the back gauge and slider of the machine tool; if it is not convenient to measure the machine tool directly, you can compile and run any single-step program to measure the processed workpiece using the measuring tool, and then Enter the correct teaching value.
Step 5 Press to return to the programming constant page.

Chapter 7 Security Alarm
The device can automatically detect internal or external abnormalities, and give an alarm prompt to the abnormal content, and can view the alarm content in the alarm list.
Step 1 In the program management page, press to enter the programming constant page.
Step 2 On the programming constant page, press to enter the "Alarm Record" page, and you can view all the alarm records.
Step 3 As shown in the figure below, the last 6 alarms can be observed through the page. The page displays the alarm number and its cause.
