Siemens manufactures a wide range of CNC products ranging from economical and affordable to high performance. Typical products are 802S, 802C, 802D / 802D SL, 810D, 828D and 840D. The built-in PLC of these CNC products, are directly using the programming language and structure of Siemens PLC products, and now the built-in PLC of Ximanyu CNC uses the EDITING language of S7 series PLC. Siemens 802D CNC bending machine tool system is widely used in CNC lathes, CNC milling machines and economic machining centers in recent years. In this section, 802D Machines hydraulic press brake tool system is taken as an example to explain how to edit and use PLC in Siemens Machines hydraulic press brake tool system.

Siemens 802D SL bending machine CNC system hardware consists of PCU(CNC operation panel), NC keyboard, MCP(bending machine control plate), servo drive power module, peripheral module (external input, output module), power supply, electronic handwheel, etc. PCU is the core component of CNC system of 802D SL bending machine, which integrates NCK(CNC core), PLC, HMI(human-machine interface) and communication tasks together.
