3. The Use,Performance and Characteristics of the Machine  Hydraulic  QC12K-6X3200    Shearing Machine

 

The machine is mainly used for cutting normal steel plate of 0.5-6mm thickness and 3200

mm width.

The standard tensile strength of the plate is less than or equal to 450/Nm㎡. When you need

to cut plates of higher tensile strength, you should reduce the thickness of the plate

correspondingly.

The machine adopts steel welded structure, hydraulic transmission and nitrogen return

with steady and reliable operation.

 It is rapid and convenient to adjust the clearance of the blade. The machine has prebagauge

and backgauge. The backgauge adopts mechanical transimission with the value displayed by

the counter. The pregauge adopts staff counting, block positioning and lighting alignment

which is convenient for cutting. The stroke of upper blade can be arbitrarily adjusted to im-

prove the efficiency while cutting narrow plates. The machine is also equipped with

protection fence which guarantees the operator’s safety. (if you want to equip aeriform

back supporting device, you need to order specially)

4. Hydraulic-transmisson System QC12K-6X3200    Shearing Machine

The machine's hydraulic system is mainly composed of meshing gear pump NT3-G20F, combination valve, overflow valve and electromagnetic reversing valve etc.

The pressure oil that the system need is supplied by meshing gear pump NT3-G20F. The

max working pressure of the system is about 16mpa. The return of upper blade is achieved

by cylinder of nitrogen return whose pessure is7mpa—6 mpa.

The working principle of hydraulic system(refer to figure 1).When the oil pump starts working,

the oil output by it enters into combination valves of each working cylinder(primary cylinder

and plate pressing cylinder) via pipes. Then the oil divides into primary oil path and controlling

oil path.The pressure oil in controlling oil path returns to oil tank via the orifice of throttle with

-out creating any pressure. Due to the function of the orifice of the throttle, certain

differential pressure generates at the pre and back parts of the throttle which makes the pressure

of oil inlet of conical valve higher than controlling level.

After overcoming the tension of spring , the oil opens the conical valve 4B and enters into oil

tank via the orifice of oil return. At that moment the machine creates no actions or pressure.

When the electromagnetic reversing valve is in the power, hydraulic oil of the controlling oil

path enters into overflow valve 9 via it . Because the overflow valve is closed under the

reset pressure value, so the pressure of oil path grows gradually and the pressure of both sides

of conical valve 4B become equivalent finally. However, due to area difference of the spool

and tension of spring force, the overflow valve closes. During the process of the gradual in

-crease of the pressure of oil path, firstly the cylinder for pressing plate(16) overcomes the

tension of spring and presses downwards. Then after the primary oil path overcoming support

-ing force of return stroke, the upper blade bracket runs downdards. At that moment the

cylinder of pressing plate and upper blade bracket achieve serial actions: the upper blade

bracket runs to its lower limited position, the ram makes electromagnetic reversing valve

power off and return to its former position and the whole oil path uploads. The upper

blade bracket returns under the effect of nitrogen return cylinder and the pressure oil returns

to its former position under the effect of the tension of spring .

5 The Structure Of The Machine

1 The machine

The machine adopts the configuration welded with steel plate which has excellent rigidity.

The two cylinders are correspondingly fixed on the right and left upright columns. Assisted

blade bracket is installed on the workbench which makes it convenient to adjust the lower

blade slightly. The workbench is also equippd with the ball of transporting the plate which

is convenient to operate.

2 The upper slide rest

The upper slide rest adopts the configuration welded with steel plate which has excellent rigidity.

It makes the bearing that is away from the center as its fulcrum and accomplishes the cutting

by swinging repeatedly under the drive of right and left cylinders and nitrogen return cylinder.

The vertical supporting plane of upper slide rest made into arc-line curve which

guarantees the consistence of the clearances of the upper and the lower blade during the process

of cutting.

  The device is composed of many plate pressing cylinders installed at former part of
