Overview of coil machine:

1. The upper roll universal W11 series hydraulic three-roll rolling machine coiler has the double functions of pre-bending and winding at the same time. Its structure is mainly composed of integral base, overturned side frame, fixed side frame, work roll, supporting roll device, main transmission device, upper roll moving device, overturned device, hydraulic pump station, electric control system and other components.

2. The whole machine is compact in structure and reliable in use. It is easy to maintain and equipped with digital display device for upper and lower roller movement and upper roller horizontal movement.Therefore, the operation is convenient and the control is accurate.The reversing and reset of the upper roller head are performed by the oil cylinder, and the balance of the upper roller is completed by the unloading device, so that the unloading is more convenient.

3. The two lower rollers of this hydraulic three-roll  rolling machine are active rollers, which are fixed in position. After being decelerated by the main motor through the main reducer, the gear of the output shaft is driven to the gear at the two ends of the lower roller to make the lower roller rotate.The three tangents formed by the three rollers in contact with the metal plate make the plate bend, adjust the pressure of the upper roller, which can reach the curvature radius of the required arc or circular workpiece.

4. The roller on the machine is a driven roller, depending on the friction between the working roller surface and the steel plate, so that it rotates, and its up and down movement is driven by the two top hydraulic cylinder.The upper roller moves horizontally before and after the brake motor is driven by a pair of V-shaped belt wheels to the input shaft of the gear reducer and then the output shaft on the two sides of the gear reducer is driven by a coupling to the worm gear pair in the bearing seat. The screw rod and the horizontal moving shaft connected with it move horizontally forward or backward through the rotation of the nut in the worm gear.Thus, the fixed side and the overturned side frame move forward or backward horizontally with the upper roller.At one end of the overturned side frame of the machine, there is an overturned oil cylinder. When the winding work is finished, the upper roller and the upper roller move to the middle position and rise to the predetermined height, the overturned side frame turns over when the overturned oil cylinder moves, and the overturned side frame recovers after the workpiece is removed. At this point, the working cycle ends.

The lifting movement of the upper roller is caused by the auxiliary motor decelerating through the secondary transmission pair in the auxiliary circular gear reducer with a ratio of 12, which drives the worm gear pair installed in the frame to rotate, and the screw sleeve embedded in the hub rotates to force the lifting screw rod connected with the upper roller to move in a straight line, which constitutes the auxiliary system of the machine.The adjustment of the relative position of the upper roller on both ends of the lower roller is achieved by lifting the lead rod of the left end separately after the clutch is removed from the worm shaft.

The check parameter specified in the basic parameter table refers to the maximum working capacity of the machine under reasonable use conditions, which has good economic effect.If the width of the plate, the yield limit and the outer diameter of the cylinder become longer, the corresponding thickness of the plate can be increased or decreased. Five: lubrication

It is an effective measure to reduce the power consumption and prolong the service life of the machine to lubricate the driving shaft journal and dynamic sliding surface of the machine reasonably.Therefore, it is necessary to choose reasonable lubricating materials and establish necessary lubrication system.

1: the choice of lubricating oil

Oil cup and artificial lubrication point, in summer use No.2 compound calcium base oil (CB491-65);No. 1 calcium base oil is used in winter.The lubricating oil in the gearbox is recommended to use HJ40 mechanical oil (GB443-64) in winter, and HJ50 mechanical oil (GB443-64) in summer, and similar lubricating oil can also be used instead.

2: lubrication system and matters needing attention

The user should establish a specific lubrication system according to the working system, load and operation of the machine.

A: The machine must be well lubricated at all lubrication points before starting.

B: In the case of continuous operation of the machine, the oil cup and manual lubrication are usually supplied once every two hours. The specific lubrication system depends on the working system of the machine and the operation of the load.

C: The lubricating oil in the reducer case is usually replaced once a month, not more than six months.

D: The lubrication system of the machine is cleaned once a year.

3: lubrication mode

According to the working conditions, the machine adopts oil cup lubrication, manual lubrication and box-type lubrication.Roller journal, lifting screw and drive shaft journal are lubricated by oil cup.The gear, worm gear, movable bearing and the screw of warping adjustment mechanism should be lubricated by regular manual oil.The lubrication of the gear and bearing of the reducer is realized by the splash of oil in the box.
