DURMAPRESS recently welcomed a customer from Guatemala for an on-site factory visit. The visit provided an opportunity for the customer to inspect our metal fabrication machinery, understand the performance of different equipment, and communicate directly with our technical and business teams.

During the factory tour, the customer inspected three main types of equipment: a press brake, an all-electric press brake, and a fiber laser cutting machine. Our senior engineers and business managers accompanied the customer throughout the visit and introduced the main functions, operating characteristics, and performance of each machine.

1. Press Brake Inspection

The customer first inspected our press brake equipment and discussed its precision, operating stability, and applications in sheet metal bending.

Our team introduced the machine’s main structure and demonstrated how the press brake supports accurate and consistent bending operations. The customer was able to observe the equipment closely and gain a clearer understanding of its manufacturing quality and working performance.

2. All-Electric Press Brake Demonstration

The all-electric press brake was another important part of the factory inspection. Our engineers demonstrated the machine’s operating system and explained its energy-saving and high-efficiency characteristics.

Through the on-site demonstration, the customer observed the machine’s operation and learned more about the practical differences between conventional and all-electric bending solutions. Direct communication with our engineering team also helped answer questions about the machine’s functions and performance.

3. Fiber Laser Cutting Machine Inspection

The customer also inspected our fiber laser cutting machine. Our team introduced its cutting capabilities and explained how fiber laser technology supports fast and high-quality sheet metal processing.

The customer observed the machine and discussed its performance with our engineers. This part of the visit provided a better understanding of how laser cutting equipment can be combined with bending machinery to support a more complete sheet metal production process.

4. Direct Technical Communication

A factory visit gives customers more than product specifications. It allows them to see the equipment, evaluate the manufacturing environment, and communicate directly with the people responsible for the machines.
