Safety technical requirements of plate shears:
Plate shearing machine is widely used in machining a shear equipment, it can shear various thickness of steel plate material.The commonly used plate shears are divided into three types: flat shears, rolling shears and vibrating shears.Flat shears are used a lot.Cutting thickness less than 10mm shearing machine for mechanical transmission, greater than 10mm for hydraulic transmission.Single or continuous shearing of metal is usually done by foot or button operation.Attention should be paid when operating the plate shearing machine:
(1), before work to carefully check the shearing machine is normal, electrical equipment is intact, lubrication system is smooth: remove the table and around the place with, debris to grade Angle waste.
(2) Do not operate the plate shearing machine alone. 2-3 people should coordinate to feed, control the dimensional accuracy and take the material, etc., and make sure that the command is unified by 1 person.
(3), according to the provisions of the thickness of the shearing plate, adjust the scissors gap of the shearing machine.It is not allowed to shear two different specifications and different materials at the same time.Do not stack shear.The shear sheet requires a flat surface, and is not allowed to shear the narrow sheet that cannot be compressed.
(4), the belt, flywheel, gear and shaft of the shearing machine and other moving parts must be installed with a protective cover.
(5), the operator of the plate shearing machine feeding finger from the scissors mouth should be kept at least 200mm away from the compression device.The protective fence placed on the trigger should not block the operator's eyes from seeing the cut area.The waste produced after the operation has edges and corners, the operator should be removed in time to prevent being stabbed and cut.
3.1 Operating procedures
3.1.1 The operator must be familiar with the general structure and performance of the equipment, and it is strictly prohibited to use the equipment with excessive performance.
3.1.2 The operator must master the "three good" and "four meeting" of the equipment used and use and maintain the equipment according to the "four requirements" of equipment maintenance.
3.1.3 Before starting, grease the oil cup according to the lubrication regulations of the equipment, check the oil quantity and oil quality of the oil cup, and cover the hole of the oil cup.
3.1.4 Before work, the upper and lower blades should be adjusted, and the clearance of the blades should be determined according to the thickness of the shear plate, which is generally between 5 and 7% of the thickness of the plate to be cut. For each clearance adjustment, the flywheel should be rotated by hand to make the upper and lower blades reciprocate once, and the clearance should be checked properly with a feeler.
3.1.5 Loosen the bolts of the positioning retaining frame according to the requirements of the shearing workpiece, adjust the size and position of the positioning retaining plate, and strengthen them.Before work, air test should be run for 2~3 times to confirm good lubrication and no abnormal operation before work.
3.1.6 It is forbidden to use percussion to tighten the retaining device or adjust the blade clearance.When adjusting the clearance of guide rail and blade, it should be stopped before proceeding.It is forbidden to enter the shearing area or pick up materials by hand during operation.
3.1.7 The blade edge must be kept sharp. If damage, wear or stagnation is found, it should be sharpened or replaced in time.
3.1.8 When cutting plates of different thickness and materials, the pressure of the plate spring and the clearance of the blade should be adjusted properly to prevent the spring from breaking or damaging the edge.
3.1.9 It is forbidden to cut the bars, and other items shall not be placed on the workbench, so as not to enter the edge and damage the blade.
3.1.10 Operators are prohibited from leaving or entrusting others to take charge of the operating equipment.
3.1.11 Frequently pay attention to whether the clamping mechanism, clutch and brake are out of order;When shearing, you should concentrate. If any abnormal phenomenon is found, you should stop shearing immediately, cut off the power supply, and inform the relevant personnel to repair.
3.1.12 Before work is finished, the power supply should be cut off, the equipment should be cleaned and the spot inspection record should be made.
3.2 Safe operation procedures
3.2.1 Excessively long and thick blanking is prohibited, and quenched high speed steel, tool steel and cast iron are not allowed to be shears.
3.2.2 The clutch should be disengaged before starting, and the motor is not allowed to start with load.
3.2.3 Before starting the machine, the machine can be processed only after the empty machine test is normal.
3.2.4 Explosive materials, rods, thin workpieces and non-metals are forbidden to be cut.
3.2.5 Pay attention to whether the pull rod is out of order, whether the fastening screw is firm, and the fingers shall not enter the knife edge when feeding.Two people are strictly prohibited in the same machine at the same time to cut two pieces, shearing bed after not allowed to stand.
