尊敬得客户（VIP )：

非常感谢我们尊贵得VIP在2020年度对Durmapress & Bossorlaser得大力支持，2020年得新冠疫情，让中国和全世界都遭受了巨大得创伤，但是因为有你们得支持，Durmapress 2020年出口业绩实现200%得增长。再此，Durmapress 全体员工像所有的VIP 致敬。

但是非常抱歉，最近出现了很多变动，我们不得不根据以下原因，调整我们的价格：

1.钢材的成本增加，相比较2020年年初，钢材增长20% 

2.美元兑人民币汇率变动很大，下浮10%

3.由于集装箱 紧缺，海运费涨价超过300%，国内所有的拖车等费用也相应上涨150% 

所以Durmapress不得不忍痛做出如下决定 ：

1.2020年所有没有付款的客户，于2020年12月30日之前付款，将保持原价，2020年12月30日之后，所有的发票将按照合同价格上涨15%

2.2020年付款的客户，如机器已经生产完毕，必须于2020年12月30日之前付清尾款，之后将补足前后付款的汇率差价 

3.2020年所有付款客户，CIF对应条款，海运费部分我司将退还相应的海运费

4.2020年付清尾款且没有安排发货的客户，我们将免费提供两个月的仓储时间，两个月之后将收取合理的仓储费用 ，仓储费=合同金额*3%*月数

5.2020年付款且没有安排发货的客户，如不发货，请付清尾款，不发货也不付尾款的客户，请按照合同金额* 

5%*月数支付我们相应的仓储费用

Thank you very much for our honorable VIP's strong support for Durmapress & Bossorlaser in 2020. The new crown epidemic in 2020 has caused great trauma to China and the world. But because of your support, Durmapress achieved 200% export performance in 2020.  Again, all Durmapress employees thanks all VIP salutes.

But I am very sorry, there have been many changes recently, and we have to adjust our prices for the following reasons:

1. The cost of steel has increased. Compared with the beginning of 2020, steel has increased by 20%

2. The exchange rate of US dollar against RMB has fluctuated greatly, falling by 10%

3. Due to the shortage of containers, ocean freight has increased by more than 300%, and all domestic trailers and 

other costs have also increased by 150% accordingly

So Durmapress had to reluctantly make the following decision:

1. All customers who have not paid in 2020, pay before December 30, 2020, will maintain the original price, after December 30, 2020, all invoices will increase by 15% according to the contract price

2. Customers who pay in 2020, if the machine has been produced, must pay the balance before December 30, 2020, if not, customer should make up for the exchange rate difference between before and after payments

3. For all paying customers in 2020, the corresponding terms of CIF, sea freight part, our company will refund the corresponding sea freight

4. For customers who have paid the balance in 2020 and did not arrange delivery, we will provide two months of storage time for free, and a reasonable storage fee will be charged after two months. Storage fee = contract amount * 3% * number of months

5. For customers who paid in 2020 and did not arrange delivery, if they do not ship, please pay the balance. For customers who do not ship or pay, please follow the contract amount*5%*months to pay our corresponding storage fees
