Maintenance and maintenance: before machine maintenance or cleaning machine, the upper die should be aligned with the lower die and then put down and shut down until the work is finished. If you need to boot or other operations, the mode should be selected in manual and ensure safety. Its maintenance content is as follows:

1. Check the oil level of the oil tank every week for the hydraulic oil circuit. If the hydraulic system is repaired, check the oil level and fill the first oil window with hydraulic oil;

2. The hydraulic oil used is ISO HM46 or MOBIL DTE25;

3. The oil should be changed after the new machine works for 2000 hours, and the oil should be changed after every 4000 ~ 6000 hours.

4. The system oil temperature should be between 35℃ and 60℃, not more than 70℃, such as too high will lead to oil quality and accessories deterioration damage.

The lower table adopts deflection compensation cylinder (above); Or the upper die is equipped with deflection compensation mechanism; Or under the working table with manual, automatic deflection compensation device. The computer system, grating ruler, hydraulic system, servo motor are imported, with good performance, with strong anti-partial load capacity. After the stress relief of the frame, the whole machine is finished in one clamping process, with small shape and position tolerance and high precision. Slide stroke (Y, Y2) and rear stopper (X, R, Z) are automatically controlled by computer. The rear block adopts ball screw and rolling guide rail, with high repetition accuracy. It can be specially made for CNC machines with more than seven axes, manipulators or flexible machining centers.

Matters needing attention:

1. The power supply must be cut off when the plate pressing die is adjusted.

2. When changing the opening of the variable lower die, no material is allowed to contact the lower die;

3. When the machine is working, the back of the machine is not allowed to stand;

4. It is strictly prohibited to press the sheet at one end;

5. If the workpiece or mold is found to be wrong during operation, it should be stopped for correction, and manual correction is strictly prohibited to prevent hand injury;

6. It is forbidden to fold the thick iron plate or quenched steel plate, alloy steel, square steel and the sheet metal with the performance of the sheet metal bending machine, so as not to damage the machine;

7. Check the consistency of upper and lower molds regularly; Whether the indication of the pressure gauge conforms to the requirements;

8. Stop the machine immediately in case of abnormality, check the cause and eliminate it in time; 

9. Before shutdown, wooden blocks should be placed on the lower die under both sides of the cylinder to lower the upper slide to the wooden block;

10. First exit the control system program, and then cut off the power supply.
