1, if the machine is multiple stations, each cylinder has an oil circuit switch, 10 tons of punch, each time can only open one oil circuit switch to work, can not open multiple oil circuit switch at the same time, otherwise it will lead to insufficient pressure, slow speed.

2. After installing the mold, insert the pipe for punching. Air punching is strictly prohibited when there is no pipe, otherwise the mold will be damaged.

3. When punching the full hole, it will return automatically if there is no punching. Press, please move the proximity switch below * down.

4. When punching half the hole, if the hole above is not punched through, it will automatically return, please move the middle proximity switch down, if it has rushed to the bottom of the pipe, please move the middle proximity switch up.

5. When punching is difficult, check whether the blade of the punching needle has been passivated. If it has been passivated, please remove the punching needle and grind it, or buy a new punching needle from the manufacturer.

6. The temperature of hydraulic oil should be controlled between 30 and 60℃. In cold weather, it should be turned on for a period of time; Long time continuous punching, should often check whether the oil temperature is overheating; Hot summer do not work all day, to avoid the noon high temperature time.

7. After 10,000 hours of work or four years of use (whichever comes first), please replace the hydraulic oil and check whether the hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic oil pump are damaged.

What are the methods of checking the blanking accuracy of CNC punch?

1. Parallelism of the slider stroke to the task table.

The specific detection method of punching precision is to use a dial meter to move longitudinally and horizontally on the bottom surface of the slide block and the task table, and the big difference of the dial meter reading is the measured value. In the front and back 1000mm length tolerance of 0.13mm, about the open hydraulic machine only allows the slide front end to deviate down, the sweeper in the left and right 1000mm length tolerance of 0.10mm.

2. Planeness of the bottom surface of punch working table and slider.

The specific detection method is to put the ruler test surface on the hydraulic press table in different directions, and measure the parallelism between the ruler test surface and the task table with the feeler. The detection method is to use the gap between the bottom of the slider of the dial table and the task table. The allowance at 1000mm length is usually 0.05mm.

3. Parallelism of punch die handle hole center line to slider stroke.

Pull out a test rod in the slider die handle hole, tighten it on the task table put a micrometer, make the micrometer thimble and inspection rod surface contact, make the slider slowly move up and down, read the big difference in the micrometer reading. Allow 0.05mm on 300mm stroke.
