5. When punching is difficult, check whether the blade of the punching needle has been passivated. If it has been passivated, please remove the punching needle and grind it, or buy a new punching needle from the manufacturer.
6. The temperature of hydraulic oil should be controlled between 30 and 60℃. In cold weather, it should be turned on for a period of time; Long time continuous punching, should often check whether the oil temperature is overheating; Hot summer do not work all day, to avoid the noon high temperature time.
7. After 10,000 hours of work or four years of use (whichever comes first), please replace the hydraulic oil and check whether the hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic oil pump are damaged.
