We recently completed the successful shipment of one Q35Y-20 hydraulic ironworker to Azerbaijan, supporting a local metal fabrication company in upgrading its workshop capabilities. The customer selected this machine to improve efficiency in daily steel processing while reducing dependence on multiple standalone systems.
As construction and manufacturing activities continue to grow in the region, fabricators are increasingly seeking versatile equipment that can handle multiple operations within a limited footprint. The Q35Y-20 ironworker provides an integrated solution for cutting, punching, and notching various metal profiles, helping streamline production workflows and optimize labor utilization.
In practical operation, the Q35Y-20 allows operators to complete common fabrication tasks—such as flat bar shearing, angle cutting, and hole punching—on a single machine. This reduces material handling time and improves overall productivity, especially for small to medium-sized workshops. For this Azerbaijani client, the ironworker will be used primarily to manufacture structural components for local construction projects, enabling faster turnaround and more consistent output quality.
Hydraulic ironworkers are valued in industrial environments for their stability and durability. Designed for continuous operation, the Q35Y-20 supports both batch production and customized fabrication. Its compact layout also contributes to safer and more organized workshop operations, helping customers maintain steady production with simplified machine management.
After final inspection and test running at our factory, the machine entered the export packaging process. To ensure safe long-distance transportation, all exposed metal surfaces were treated with anti-rust protection and wrapped with moisture-resistant materials. Key areas were reinforced to prevent scratches, while shock-absorbing supports were applied to minimize vibration during transit.
The ironworker was firmly mounted on a fumigated wooden base and enclosed in a reinforced export crate. Internal bracing secured the machine in position, and clear lifting and handling labels were applied to support safe loading and unloading throughout the logistics process.
“Our goal is to deliver every machine in perfect condition, regardless of destination,” said the logistics manager responsible for this shipment. “We follow strict packing standards to protect against moisture, impact, and movement during transport, helping customers avoid delays and start production quickly after arrival.”
Once loading was completed, shipment documents and progress updates were shared with the customer to ensure full transparency. The equipment was dispatched according to schedule and is now en route to Azerbaijan.
This delivery reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting global metalworking industries with reliable machinery and professional export services. From production and inspection to packaging and logistics coordination, we aim to provide a smooth purchasing experience for every international client.
Today, our ironworkers and other sheet metal processing equipment are operating in workshops across multiple regions worldwide. Each shipment represents a long-term partnership built on product reliability, responsive communication, and dependable global delivery—helping manufacturers improve efficiency and strengthen their competitiveness in demanding industrial markets.
