Equipment Configuration
The shipment to Honduras includes a complete sheet metal production line featuring the DP-ECO 160T3200 hydraulic press brake for precise bending, the QC11Y-10X3200 máquina de corte hidráulico for clean cuts, the Q35Y-20 combination punching shearing machine for flexible part processing, and the W12-6X2000 plate rolling machine for uniform rolling of sheets. Secure Packaging & Shipping Process
Durmapress emphasizes safe international shipping. Each machine is secured on reinforced pallets with steel cables, shock-absorbing foam, and moisture-resistant covers to prevent movement, vibration, and corrosion.
Sensitive components, including press brake tooling and shearing blades, are separately packaged. The combination punching shearing machine is shipped in modular form, and the plate rolling machine is reinforced with braces and straps to protect rollers.
