Welcoming Kuwaiti Customers To Durmapress Factory!

Today, Durmapress was honored to host a delegation from Kuwait, further solidifying our growing partnership with Middle Eastern manufacturers. This client, specializing in architectural metalworking and oilfield equipment, visited our fiber laser cutting machine and DP-ES 300T4000 press brake, which ultimately led to a good cooperation between the two parties.

Client Background and Objectives

The Kuwait team sought advanced equipment to improve the production efficiency of its decorative metal panels and pipe components. Key objectives included:

Test the fully enclosed laser cutting machine's ability to make complex designs on stainless steel and aluminum.

Evaluate the press brake's ability to make high-tolerance bends in extreme desert conditions.

Ensure compliance with Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) safety and efficiency standards.

Factory Tour Highlight: Fiber Laser Cutting Machine Demonstration

During the factory tour, the Kuwait delegation experienced a live demonstration of our fiber laser cutting machine. Equipped with a 6kW fiber laser source, the machine can accurately cut 20mm carbon steel with an accuracy of up to ±0.03mm. Its enclosed design significantly reduces noise levels to 75 dBA and eliminates dust emissions, making it an ideal solution for Kuwait’s urban workshops. Visitors were impressed by the automatic loading system, which can reduce labor costs for large-volume orders by up to 50%. This advanced equipment is a perfect fit with the region’s growing demand for smart, clean and efficient metalworking solutions.

Press Brake Performance and Quality Assurance

The DP-ES 300T4000 press brake was also on display, demonstrating its ability to bend 8mm stainless steel into complex angles with zero springback. The DA53TX CNC system is equipped with an Arabic interface and includes an adaptive hydraulic temperature compensation system to ensure precise processing results even in high temperature environments. To ensure quality, our team provided proof of ISO 9001 and GCC certifications, as well as a 72-hour durability test report. Special attention was paid to anti-corrosion treatment solutions, which are tailored to withstand the coastal climate conditions common in Kuwait. These features strengthen customers’ confidence in Durmapress’s commitment to durability, precision and customized services.
