Equipment working process

1.Raw materials storage in three-dimensional warehouse

The whole pallet of raw material plates is placed on the loading platform manually by means of a crane or forklift, the reference edges of the plates are manually aligned, and the loading pallet carries the raw material plates to the designated storage location.

2.Three-dimensional material warehouse feeding

The material storage lifting platform takes out the raw materials from the designated storage layer and transports them to the unloading platform. The unloading platform connects the loading and unloading to complete the automatic loading.

3.Loading robot

The loading robot moves to the loading area, uses the vacuum cup to pick up the sheet, and performs sheet separation and thickness measurement. The sheet is sent to the laser cutting machine exchange table, and the robot is lifted to a safe position.

4.Cutting machine cutting

The cutting machine waits for the platform to run to the cutting area, and starts cutting according to the layout path, or receives the plate information and order information from MES. The other platform is exchanged to the cutting machine loading area, and the loading robot continues to load it.

5.Robot unloading

When a laser cutting machine completes sheet cutting, the unloading robot goes to the cutting machine exchange workbench and uses the fork device to unload the whole sheet. The sheet is sent to the unloading trolley, and the loading robot loads the sheet to the cutting machine that has completed unloading, and the cycle repeats.

6.Unloading trolley steel frame

After the robot completes unloading, the unloading trolley runs out of the steel frame for manual sorting.

Advantages over traditional manual loading and unloading

Ordinary laser cutting machines without automatic loading and unloading systems require two people to operate, one to look after the equipment, one to pick up the materials, and two people to load the materials together. It is extremely inconvenient for simple cutting (quick cutting) and thick plate cutting, time-consuming and inefficient.
