Today, Durmapress's logistics and production teams collaborated to complete the shipment of a DP-ECO 63T2500 hydraulic press brake ordered by a customer in Ukraine. Every step of the delivery process was meticulously executed to ensure the equipment arrived intact and ready for the customer's metal bending operations.
Before the machine leaves our factory, our logistics team conducts a thorough inspection and implements multiple protective measures. During container loading, our primary focus is moisture protection. We cover the entire machine with a thick, industrial-grade waterproof membrane—a critical step in preventing water ingress during transport. The tear-resistant and moisture-proof membrane creates a tight seal around the press brake, protecting its hydraulic system, electrical components, and delicate parts from condensation, rain, and other water-related risks that could impact performance.
Once the protective packaging is complete, our team carefully lifts the machine using a crane and securely places it into the transport truck. The lifting process is performed by trained professionals, ensuring balance and safety throughout the entire process, minimizing the risk of impact or surface damage. Every step of loading adheres to strict standards to ensure the machine remains stable and safe during transportation.
