Today, Durmapress's logistics team is preparing a complete set of metalworking equipment, including a BS3015D-3000W fiber laser cutter, a QC12K-6*3200 hydraulic shearing machine, and a 15KW air compressor—all custom-made for our valued Azerbaijani customer. This complete set of equipment is designed to streamline the customer's metalworking workflow, and we have meticulously designed every step of the transportation process to ensure the equipment arrives undamaged.
The BS3015D-3000W fiber laser cutter stands out with its 3000W power, capable of cutting stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum with high precision; the QC12K-6*3200 hydraulic shearing machine has a maximum shearing thickness of 6mm and a working width of 3200mm, providing smooth, burr-free cutting; the 15KW air compressor provides a stable air supply to support the laser cutter's auxiliary operation. Together, they form a highly efficient production line, exactly what our Azerbaijani customer needs to expand production capacity.
During container loading, we implemented a dual security approach to protect the equipment. First, we used a combination of steel cables and industrial ropes to tie down and secure the machines. The steel cables were attached to the heavy-duty frames of the laser cutter and shearing machine for initial stability, while high-strength ropes were wrapped around vulnerable components, such as the control panel and cutter head, to prevent shifting. This dual security method minimized the risk of bumps and scratches during long-distance transport.
To further prevent moisture damage, we also covered each machine with a thick, durable waterproof membrane. The membrane is tightly sealed on all four sides, creating a barrier that effectively prevents rain, condensation, or accidental water intrusion—all common risks of international shipping that could damage electrical components or hydraulic systems.
