Durmapress has successfully completed the shipment of one Hydraulic Press Brake DP-Eco 40T1600 to Kenya, supporting a local metal fabrication company in expanding its bending capacity. The machine was supplied as part of the client’s workshop upgrade, aimed at improving forming efficiency and product consistency for everyday sheet metal applications.
The Kenyan customer focuses on general metal fabrication, serving construction, HVAC, and customized metal projects. With increasing order volumes, the client required a reliable hydraulic press brake that could deliver stable performance while fitting comfortably into an existing production space. After evaluating several options, the DP-Eco 40T1600 was selected for its practical design, smooth operation, and cost-effective productivity.
Designed for light to medium sheet metal bending, the Hydraulic Press Brake DP-Eco 40T1600 provides consistent forming results and reduced operator effort compared with manual or mechanical alternatives. Its hydraulic drive ensures stable bending force, helping improve repeatability across daily production tasks such as brackets, panels, frames, and custom components.
By introducing this гидравлический листогибочный пресс, the customer can now increase output capacity, reduce rework caused by inaccurate bends, and enhance overall production efficiency—supporting business growth in Kenya’s expanding construction and manufacturing sectors.
To ensure safe delivery, Durmapress followed strict export packaging procedures. Before shipment, the press brake underwent final inspection and test operation. The machine was wrapped with protective film to prevent surface damage, while critical components received anti-rust treatment to protect against moisture during ocean transportation.
Shock-absorbing materials were applied at key points, and the equipment was firmly secured inside a fumigated wooden crate designed for long-distance sea freight. Internal reinforcements minimized movement during transit, while additional moisture-proof layers helped guard against humidity and condensation. Clear handling labels were placed on the outer packaging to support safe loading and unloading.
“Our goal is to ensure every machine arrives in the same condition it leaves our factory,” said the Durmapress logistics manager. “From reinforced wooden crating to moisture protection, we apply consistent standards to every overseas shipment. Reliable packaging is essential to protecting equipment and maintaining customer confidence.”
This delivery reflects Durmapress’s ongoing commitment to supporting African markets with dependable sheet metal machinery and professional export service. In addition to manufacturing, the company coordinates closely with logistics partners to manage documentation, container booking, and shipping schedules, helping customers avoid delays and unnecessary complications.
With installations across more than 50 countries, Durmapress continues to supply hydraulic press brakes and metal fabrication equipment worldwide. Each shipment represents a long-term partnership—combining manufacturing expertise, international logistics experience, and responsive after-sales support—to help customers strengthen production capabilities and compete more effectively in their local markets.
