Durmapress recently completed a comprehensive on-site commissioning project in Tajikistan. The customer invested in a full set of advanced sheet metal processing equipment, covering bending, cutting, and rolling applications.
Our engineering team visited the site to ensure smooth installation, precise calibration, and efficient startup of all machines.
Machines Commissioned
The following machines were included in this project:
- DP-ES Pro Servo CNC Press Brake (175T3200)
- Fiber Laser Cutting Machine (BS6015D-6000W)
- Tube Laser Cutting Machine (BS60220T-3000W, Tube Length: 6000mm)
- Hydraulic Shearing Machine (QC12Y-8×2500)
- Hydraulic Rolling Machine (W11F-6×1500)
- Four Roller CNC Plate Bender (W12CNC-10×2500)
This configuration provides the customer with a complete and highly efficient metal fabrication solution.
Installation & Commissioning
Durmapress engineers carried out a full commissioning process on-site, including:
