Project Overview
Durmapress has successfully completed a multi-machine shipment to Spain, delivering a complete set of metal fabrication equipment designed to support efficient and stable production. The shipment includes DP-ES 135T3200 hydraulic press brakes, a QC11Y-6×4000 hydraulic shearing machine, и industrial forklifts, with a total of five units dispatched.
The customer operates a professional sheet metal processing workshop serving architectural, industrial, and customized fabrication projects. This equipment combination was selected to cover the full workflow—from material handling and cutting to precision bending—helping the customer improve productivity, consistency, and on-site operational safety.

QC11Y Hydraulic Shearing Machine

By pairing the shearing machine with the press brake, the customer benefits from a streamlined cutting-and-forming process, minimizing material handling steps and improving overall throughput.
Industrial Forklifts
To support daily production and internal logistics, industrial forklifts were included in the shipment. These forklifts enhance material handling efficiency, enabling safe loading, unloading, and movement of heavy sheets and finished components across the workshop.
Together, this equipment configuration forms a balanced production solution that improves workflow coordination, reduces manual labor, and supports scalable manufacturing operations.
Secure Packaging & Shipping Process
To ensure all machines arrived in Spain in optimal condition, Durmapress implemented a reinforced packaging and shipping procedure tailored for long-distance international transport.
Each machine was mounted on a heavy-duty wooden base and secured with steel cable fixation to prevent shifting during transit. Critical structural components were protected with shock-absorbing materials to reduce vibration impact. Anti-rust oil was applied to exposed metal surfaces, followed by moisture-proof wrapping to guard against humidity changes during sea transportation.
External surfaces were further covered with scratch-resistant protective layers, while sensitive parts were padded and sealed. During container loading, machines were positioned strategically and reinforced with wooden blocks and tensioning systems to maintain stability throughout the journey.
