Welcome The Australian Alpha Steel Delegation To Visit Durmapress Factory!

This week we were very pleased to host a delegation from Alpha Steel Australia, a leading player in Australia’s metal fabrication industry. The tour highlighted how these technologies meet the needs for precision, energy efficiency and rugged reliability in Australia’s mining, construction and infrastructure sectors.

The main focus of the visit was a detailed on-site inspection of our best-selling equipment, the DP-ES GENIUS CNC 135T3200 DA69S press brake and BS3015D fiber лазер cutting machine. The delegation was impressed by the intelligent control capabilities and precision of the DP-ES GENIUS series, especially its integration with the powerful DA69S CNC system, which supports full 3D programming and automatic bending sequence optimization, and has a 135 tonne press force and 3200 mm bending length, making it ideal for the processing of structural components. Alpha Steel engineers visited its DA69S CNC system equipped with 3D simulation and collision detection, which ensures a repeatability of ±0.01 mm for complex bends.

In our laser cutting workshop, our engineers demonstrated the high-speed performance of the BS3015D fiber laser cutting machine, which can handle complex cutting tasks with excellent precision, with a maximum speed of 120 m/min and an acceleration of 1.0G, driven by a high-torque servo and cast aluminum gantry. Visitors appreciated the machine's stability, efficiency and ease of operation, and considered it a reliable solution for large sheet metal processing.

During the visit, the Alpha Steel team visited our production lines, R&D department and quality control center. They had in-depth discussions with our engineering and sales teams on material handling systems, software compatibility, machine customization and after-sales support. The delegation praised Durmapress's strong production capabilities, standardized manufacturing processes and global customer service network.
