Angle station

This station offers high-capacity angle cutting at both 90° and 45°. For angles between 45° and 90°, the process involves first cutting at 90° and then trimming the flange to the desired angle in the shearing station.

Shearing station

The shearing unit features a sturdy holddown that can be adjusted to accommodate materials of various thicknesses within the machine's cutting capacity. An adjustable shear feed table with guides ensures precise material feeding. The guides can be set to enable miter cutting up to 45° for flat bars or to trim angle flanges.

Punching station

The punch bed area is spacious, featuring a removable front block, ideal for a wide range of punching applications. The standard machine includes a punch table with rules and guides for repetitive work.

Channel Cutting

The channel cutting offers customizable options for creating round or square holes in various sizes, meeting specific customer requirements. It shares the same working position for both round and square cutting functions, providing versatility in a range of applications.

Foot Control Panel
