Bending machine failure causes and solutions - sometimes the main motor automatically stop, heat relay, circuit breaker protection

Bending machine failure reasons:

1. Proportional pressure valve and main pressure reducing valve are stuck, and the machine has been pressurized;

2. The filter element is blocked, the oil output is not smooth, and the oil pump pressure is always high;

3. The oil has been polluted for too long time;

4. Poor oil quality;

5, circuit breaker, heat relay problems, can not reach the rated current on the action;

6, the system control pressure output part of the fault, send a wrong signal, so that the proportional pressure valve has been working

Solution to bending machine failure:

1. Clean proportional pressure valve and main pressure reducing valve;

2, replace the filter element and check the degree of oil pollution;

3. Replace the oil filter element immediately; 4. Replace with the recommended oil;

5, replace the circuit breaker, heat relay;

6. Check the system output.
