Vacuum Bed
The vacuum bed holds sheet metal parts securely in place as they move through the machine. This helps prevent shifting during processing and supports consistent deburring and surface finishing.
Abrasive Belt Head
Uses an abrasive belt to remove burrs, oxide scale, and surface imperfections from sheet metal parts. It prepares the surface for further brushing or polishing and helps achieve a more consistent finish.
Rotary Brush Unit
Rotating brushes work across the part edges to remove burrs and round sharp edges on cut or punched components. This helps create a more uniform edge finish across different workpiece shapes.
Polishing Wheel
The rotating polishing wheel refines the metal surface to create a smoother, more even finish. It is suited to parts that need surface polishing as part of the deburring and finishing process.
Eccentric Shaft & Bearings
The eccentric shaft assembly uses 6310 and 6207 bearings to support shaft rotation and maintain stable movement during operation. Confirm the exact motion and function against the machine drawing before publishing.
Available Configurations
Choose from K800, BK800, and BKB800 configurations to suit your workpiece and finishing requirements.
