Street light pole production process
The production of street light poles generally includes processes such as opening, shearing, forming, welding, straightening, grinding, bending and spraying.
First, the steel coil is unfolded, twisted and cut into the required size through a simple coiling and opening production line; then the plate is beveled according to the size using a steel plate bevel shearing production line to meet the taper requirements. The core equipment is a lamp pole forming and press brake, which consists of two press brakes linked together and is equipped with a variety of lamp pole molds, suitable for bending and forming different types of lamp poles such as conical and polygonal. When producing conical lamp poles, they are bent in sequence through multiple knives, and finally the middle knife is used to complete the closure, and then the rounding machine is used to pull out the forming; polygonal lamp poles replace the corresponding molds, the process is similar, the operation is efficient and flexible, and it is the key link in the forming of lamp poles. Subsequently, an automatic seam welding production line is used for efficient welding, the weld is beautiful and firm, and the speed can reach 23 meters/minute. After welding, it is manually visually corrected by a straightening machine, and then automatically polished by a grinder to ensure that the pole body is clean and bright. If the design requires a curved arm, it can also be cold-bent by a pipe press brake, which is easy to operate. Finally, the surface is treated by an electrostatic spraying line to ensure uniform coating and strong adhesion, achieving aesthetic and anti-corrosion effects.

Application of large bending machines in the light pole industry
The length of the workpiece has prompted the lamp pole industry to generally use two press brakes of the same tonnage, which are linked to achieve synchronous work. When producing conical lamp poles, a conical mold is installed, and multiple knives are bent. The last knife is bent in the middle, and a conical lamp pole is formed. Then the lamp pole is pulled out with a lamp pole rolling machine; when it is necessary to produce polygonal lamp poles, sign poles and high pole lamps, a polygonal special mold is installed, and multiple knives are bent. Finally, a knife is bent in the middle, and a multi-deformed lamp pole is formed, and then the lamp pole is pulled out with a rod rolling machine.
1. Dual-machine linkage, flexible and efficient
The double-machine linkage press brake uses two press brakes of the same specification, equipped with a double-machine linkage synchronization device to complete the linkage, synchronization, bending and other actions of the whole machine. The two devices work synchronously to meet the processing needs of ultra-long plates. Different upper and lower dies can be used to complete multiple bending of steel to form round tubes and polygonal tubes, and then the production of lamp poles can be completed through seam welding, etc. Even the processing of long lamp poles can be solved.
