Hydraulic metal shearing machine after cutting should be able to ensure the straightness and parallelism of the shear surface of the sheet,

and minimize the plate distortion, in order to obtain high quality workpiece.

The upper blade of the plate cutter is fixed on the knife rest and the lower blade is fixed on the working table.

The working table is provided with a feeding ball, so that the sheet material will not be scratched when sliding on it.

The rear stopper is used for plate positioning, and the position is adjusted by the motor.

The press cylinder is used to compress the sheet to prevent it from moving during shearing. The guardrail is a safety device to prevent accidents at work.

The process generally depends on nitrogen, which is fast and has little impact.

Notes during use:

1, start the shearing machine manufacturers for idling several cycles, to ensure that under normal circumstances,

try to shear different thickness of the sheet, from thin to thick. Ensure users are familiar with the shearing machine performance.

2, the test shear plate thickness must be adjusted to different blade clearance. If the blade clearance is not adjusted, the durability of the blade will be affected.

3. Open the pressure gauge switch and observe the oil pressure value during the shearing process. The pressure should be less than when cutting the plate.

The pressure of the remote pressure regulating valve No9 is set at 20 - when it leaves the factory.

The user must abide by this regulation and shall not increase the pressure for cutting over the specified material surface and cause damage to the machine.

4. Sound balance during operation. Stop the shearing machine for inspection if there is any noise.

5. When the fuel tank is raised during the operation of the plate cutter, shut down and rest when the temperature exceeds.
