Durmapress has successfully delivered three DP-ES Genius 125T3200 hydraulic press brakes to Argentina, supporting a local metal fabrication company in expanding bending capacity and improving production efficiency. The machines were supplied as part of the customer’s workshop upgrade, designed to support higher workloads while maintaining consistent forming quality.
By installing three identical press brakes, the customer significantly increases overall throughput while maintaining operational flexibility. Production tasks can now be distributed across multiple machines, reducing bottlenecks and minimizing downtime during peak periods.
Designed for demanding fabrication environments, the DP-ES Genius 125T3200 delivers consistent bending force and repeatable results, helping operators achieve uniform quality across structural parts, panels, frames, and customized components. Compared with conventional bending solutions, the system reduces manual intervention and setup time, allowing faster job changeovers and improved workshop efficiency.
To ensure safe delivery to Argentina, Durmapress followed standardized export packaging procedures for all three hydraulic press brakes. Each machine underwent final inspection and test operation prior to shipment. Protective film was applied to prevent surface damage, while key components received anti-rust treatment to guard against moisture during sea transportation.
Shock-absorbing materials were installed at critical points, and each press brake was securely fixed inside reinforced, fumigated wooden crates designed for long-distance shipping. Internal bracing minimized movement during transit, with additional moisture-proof layers added to protect against humidity and condensation. Clear handling labels were placed on the outer packaging to support safe container loading and on-site unloading.
“Our responsibility continues beyond production,” said the Durmapress logistics manager. “From anti-rust protection to reinforced wooden crating, every shipment follows strict export standards. These measures ensure that each hydraulic press brake arrives safely and ready for installation.”
This multi-machine delivery reflects Durmapress’s ongoing commitment to supporting South American manufacturing with dependable sheet metal machinery and professional logistics coordination. The company works closely with international freight partners to manage documentation, container scheduling, and shipping arrangements, helping customers reduce lead times and logistics complexity.
With installations in more than 50 countries, Durmapress continues to supply hydraulic press brakes and metal fabrication equipment worldwide. From single-unit orders to large-scale projects, the company combines manufacturing expertise, international delivery experience, and responsive after-sales support to help customers strengthen production capacity and compete more effectively in their local markets.
