Causes and solutions of hydraulic bending machine not synchronous

1, from the piston cylinder itself analysis

The main reason is that the piston cylinder itself has internal leakage phenomenon, that is, the gap between the piston and the cylinder is too large to cause leakage, and the leakage in the left and right cylinders is not completely the same, so that the movement speed of the two cylinders is different.

2. Analysis from oil inlet pipeline

Rapidly declined in the hydraulic bending machine, on the one hand, from the oil pump by synchronizing valve to the cylinder oil, on the other hand is made up of roof tank 1 by natural height difference to the oil cylinder through one-way valve 2 feed, and together, the two road oil cylinder cavity on oil supply, make the oil cylinder to achieve the purpose of rapid decline, because after by synchronizing valve valve flow approximately equal in the road, so only consider from the fuel tank, through the check valve flow into 2 Flow rate of cylinder 3. For the inlet pressure of the two check valves,P1 can be considered as the atmospheric pressure, so it is equal. Under the same condition of P1, the smaller P2 is, the larger P is, and the larger the flow Q through the check valve is. It can be seen from the above that the two hydraulic cylinders will not be completely synchronized when they start, so the pressure P2 in the upper chamber of the two cylinders is not the same, and the pressure difference between the two check valves is not the same, so the flow rate from the cylinder through the check valve into the two cylinders is not the same, which also leads to the movement of the two cylinders is not synchronized.

3. Analyze from the oil return pipeline

That is, when the hydraulic bending machine drops rapidly, the motion damping on the oil return road is not equal and the back pressure of the piston chamber is different, so the flow of the two cylinders return is not equal, which also leads to the rapid decline of the two cylinders is not equal, that is, not synchronized.

The solution

1) For the hydraulic cylinder, in order to make the leakage in the two cylinders equal, on the one hand, try to make the left and right piston, cylinder and other parts of the matching accuracy (including dimensional accuracy, position accuracy such as coaxiality, roundness, etc.) consistent, on the other hand, the hydraulic circuit design of the two hydraulic cylinders as much as possible.

2) for the oil inlet pipeline, in order to ensure that the flow through the two check valves is equal, on the one hand, we should try to let the center of gravity of the movable frame in the geometric center of the two cylinders; On the other hand, we should try to make the mechanical damping between the piston and the piston rod as well as between the piston rod and the end cover close to ensure that the mechanical damping is similar when the two piston cylinders fall rapidly.

3) For the return pipeline, in order to ensure that the flow of the two cylinders return is equal, it is necessary to make the oil return resistance on the return pipeline similar, that is, the pipe diameter, pipe length, pipe bending number and pipe bending Angle should be basically the same.

4) A mechanical rack and pinion drive is used to force synchronization. Rack is installed on the hydraulic bending machine connecting frame around, and meshes with the gear mounted on the frame. The rack is used as a guide device, and the error correction depends on the meshing of the gear and rack. As long as the manufacturing accuracy of the rack and gear is guaranteed, the two working cylinders of the bending machine can achieve very high synchronization accuracy.
