A. Check the oil level of the tank every week, including after the maintenance of the hydraulic system. If the oil level is lower than the oil window, add hydraulic oil. B. The hydraulic oil is ISO HM46 or MOBIL DTE25;
C. The oil should be changed after the new machine works for 2000 hours, and the oil should be changed after every 4000 ~ 6000 hours, and the oil tank should be cleaned every time the oil is changed;
D. The system oil temperature should be between 35℃ and 60℃, not more than 70℃, if too high will lead to deterioration and damage of oil quality and accessories.
2. Filter WC67Y hydraulic bending machine
A. Every time the oil is changed, the filter should be replaced or cleaned thoroughly;
B. If the machine has related alarm or oil is not clean and other filter abnormalities, it should be replaced;
C. The air filter on the fuel tank should be checked and cleaned every 3 months, preferably replaced every 1 year.
3. Hydraulic parts
A. Clean hydraulic parts (substrate, valve, motor, pump, oil pipe, etc.) every month to prevent dirt from entering the system, and do not use detergent;
B. After one month of use of the new machine, check whether there is any deformation at the bending of each oil pipe, and replace it if there is any abnormality. After two months of use, tighten the connection of all accessories
Primary maintenance
1. The machine tool runs for 600 hours for primary maintenance, mainly operated by the operator and coordinated by the maintenance workers.
2. First cut off the power supply, and then carry out maintenance work (see the table below).

1. Wipe the machine, no yellow robe, no oil.
2. Complete the defective parts.
1. Check and adjust the parallelism between the upper slider and the workbench.
2. Check and adjust the direct control balance valve to prevent the upper slider from sliding.
3. Wipe the guide rail, screw and sliding surface.

1. Wipe the worktable and smooth the burrs.
2. Wipe the material rack, screw, nut, adjust the clearance.

Lubrication 1. Clean the oil pump, filter screen and valve and add lubricating oil.
2. Complete the missing parts and dredge the oil road.
3. Check the pressure gauge.
4. Check the quality and quantity of oil, and add new oil as appropriate.
